Multi-Unit RV Pump-Out Planning Sheet
Quick use: Multi-unit service goes more smoothly when the unit count, tank needs, access route and onsite contact are clear before dispatch. Use this sheet for storage yards, campgrounds, events, fleets or several parked RVs.
Count and identify the units
- Total RVs and the number requiring black, grey or both tank service.
- Unit, site or stall identifiers without including unnecessary personal information.
- Any immobile, full, overflowing or otherwise urgent unit.
Notes:
Plan safe access
- Gate, check-in, onsite contact, truck route, surface, turning and hose-reach notes.
- Service window, quiet hours, event schedule and units that can be accessed together.
- Keep people away from spills and do not attempt unsafe transfers or improvised dumping.
Notes:
Create a repeatable schedule
- Date and units serviced on each visit.
- Changes in occupancy or usage that alter tank timing.
- Next planned service window and the person authorized to confirm access.
